Planning on getting married in Paradise; then let us help. Our Wedding Planner can assist you in every phase of making your wedding the most memorable event. Our 200 feet of beautiful white sand beach and lovely resort make Caribe Island the perfect place to stay, have your wedding ceremony, and reception.

We can assist in helping you with the legal requirements for holding your wedding in Belize. Whether you are interested in having a civil ceremony on our beach or a church wedding we can make all of the arrangements. (See below for additional information about getting married in Belize)

We have several florists that can provide any type of floral arrangements; from the groom’s boutonniere to the bride’s bouquet to center pieces.

To record this beautiful event we work with Kay Scott; one of Belize’s most noted photographers. Kay has several different packages from which you can choose from.

When it comes to food; we can arrange your wedding reception catered with local foods or more American fare if you desire. And the sky is the limit for your wedding cake. Just send us a picture of what you would like for your cake and our baker will make sure it is perfect.

If neither of the parties has been previously married:

  1. Complete a marriage license application form and have it notarized by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public.
  2. Photocopy the two front pages of passport and page showing arrival date in Belize.
  3. One of the parties must be in Belize for 3 days prior to filing the petition of license.

If either of the parties have been previously married:

  1. Complete a marriage license application form and have it notarized by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public.
  2. Photocopy the two front pages of passport and page showing arrival date in Belize.
  3. One of the parties must be in the country 3 days prior to filing petition for the license.
  4. A final divorce decree from either/both divorced parties is needed.

If either or both parties is a widow or widower:

  1. Complete a marriage license application form and have it notarized by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public.
  2. Photocopy the two front pages of passport and page showing arrival date in Belize.
  3. One of the parties must be in the country 3 days prior to filling the petition for the license.
  4. Copy of death certificate(s).
